JUUN.J Fall/Winter 2014 Campaign Preview by Josh Olins

Here is a look at JUUN.J’s Fall/Winter 2014 Campaign featuring Fernando Cabral and Yannick Abrath. Shot by Josh Olins, the campaign is a take on moody elegance. The plain black background, perfectly compliments the dark and eerie sophistication of this seasons collection. The garments from this season are very angular, with sharp geometric cuts, impeccable tailoring and a subdued color palette that offsets the collections bold shapes. Josh Olins does a good job at highlighting the brand’s take on the modern gentleman’s everyday attire.

SAD WALLI Spring/Summer 2015 Lookbook by Joe Lai

SAD WALLI give us a look at their Spring/Summer 2015 collection with this simple and minimal lookbook shot by Joe Lai. Featuring Francois Canipel, the brand take the less is more approach not only with their lookbook, but also with their collection, using light-weight and airy fabrics, loose fits, and a simple and muted color palette. They don’t do too much, but do just enough. My favorite aspect of the collection definitely has to be the materials, how they wrinkle and fold, how they fall effortlessly on the body. It is perfect for the warm weather, but also a great solution to every modern man’s issue, dressing weather appropriate without looking too lazy. Here, the fabric does the job for you. Expect much more from this brand on here in the near future. Here are a few of my favorite looks up above, but you can see the full collection down below. (Source: FY!)
